Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this BulletProof Hitches Extreme Duty Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for your three inch hitch. Now, this adjustable ball mount with offset has a capacity of 36,000 pounds with the 2 5/16 inch hitch ball or 12,000 pounds with the two inch ball, making this ideal for extreme heavy-duty towing. The offset design is going to allow for a drop or rise without the ball mount needing to be flipped while still letting you fold down your vehicle's tailgate. Now, this shank is going to slide into your three inch hitch receiver on your vehicle. And this is going to be ideal for vehicles with 19 inch to 21 inches of clearance from the ground to the bottom of the inside of your receiver tube.

Now, this adjustable height is going to let you tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. The hitch ball platform is going to easily slide up or down this channel and secure in place with the included pins and clips. And let me go ahead and just give you a brief demonstration of that. I'm gonna go ahead and remove the clips. And I've got this set on my 2 5/16 inch hitch ball.

I'm gonna go ahead and flip it to my two inch ball and raise it up just a little bit here, slide my pins through. The pins slide through very easily, you're not gonna be at the back of your vehicle struggling with trying to get those pins into place, and then the clips are going to slide right in as well. So that's how easy this is going to be to adjust your ball size and adjust the drop and rise on this. Now, this adjustable channel is made of 5/16 inch thick laser-cut steel plates. These steel plates can handle high capacities without bending.

And because of the laser cutting, these channel plates have consistently sized pin holes, so you can easily remove and reposition the hitch ball platform as you just saw. And speaking of these pin and clips, they are made of heat-treated steel to withstand the heavy weight from your load. And then the zinc finish is going to give you corrosion resistance. As you probably already saw, we have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, nine adjustment holes, it's gonna give you seven mounting positions. And when you use it in this position, which is the drop position, you're gonna get a maximum drop of about six inches.

And then when you flip this over, a maximum rise, again, of about six inches. The adjustment hole diameter is 5/8 of an inch. The hitch balls are welded directly onto the ball platform, giving you that extra sturdiness. And this does feature a heavy-duty steel construction, it's gonna be strong enough to handle large trailers and heavy cargo. And what I really like about this is the matte black finish, it's going to protect this ball mount from rust and corrosion even after repeated use. I think that finish is gonna hold up really well for you. This solid steel shank is CNC-chamfered. So what that means is this is going to be very easy to slide this shank into and out of your hitch receiver. There's no sharp edges on the shank, so that powder coating's gonna be less likely to chip off and peel because of the chamfered edges there. It's a nice touch. The hitch pin hole diameter is 5/8 of an inch. I do wanna mention that a pin and clip or a hitch lock is not included with this to secure this to your hitch receiver. So if you don't already have a compatible pin and clip, that is something you'd have to pick up. However, I would recommend checking out our hitch lock options here at etrailer.com. This is really an investment that you're making, so I would recommend checking out hitch lock options to secure this investment to the back of your truck. You probably notice here, we have 1/2 inch thick steel gussets. They're actually welded between the shank and the channel. And what they do is they're gonna brace the mount and keep the channel from bending, even at maximum drop or rise. This adjustable ball mount's gonna be compatible with a wide variety of accessories that are sold separately. So instead of using the included ball to tow, you could install a weight distribution shank in the channel of the mount to attach your weight distribution system. You could add a clevis or shackle attachment for off-road or recovery operations, or you could add a hitch step to easily access your truck bed. You can find those options here at etrailer.com. This does weigh a little over 60 pounds, so it's very heavy-duty, very durable. And this is SAE J684 certified. This does have a limited lifetime warranty.
